I am a highly qualified, experienced PT, who specialises in science-based training prescription and diet advice. Academically, I am fully qualified and have a proven track record of success.

Sport, exercise and fitness is for everyone and the level of success is not only down to dedication and willpower – regime and know-how are crucial ingredients too. I tailor exercise and training programmes to suit your betterment and which will enable us to set your targets and reach your goals. The regimes I design for you are based on in-depth research on the demands of your sport and your specific needs. The wherewithal, way forward and content is based on mutual discussions, and can be scheduled to fit in with your availability. All programmes are based upon the most contemporary sports training principles – to yield the best possible results from every repetition, every drill and every minute you invest in your training, Long-term projects are optional, too. If this is the right way forward, then that’s the way we go, updating as we see fit.

Optimal nutritional intake and hydration are paramount to shredding kilos, to maximising performance, enhancing recovery and improving general health. Dieting does not have to be hardship, nor a sacrifice. The nutrition plans that I tailor to your needs are based on a thorough analysis of your current diet and needs. From there, we can establish your targets and set your weigh loss/gain goals. To ensure sustained results, you have the option to work with me long-term, whereby I will regularly review your nutritional intake, produce weekly reports to track your progress, intervene as we see fit, and periodically update your targets and plans.

Thanks to the many years of success and experience under my belt, I am in a great position to assess your strengths and weaknesses, and thereby create the plan to help you reach your goals.
