Training and fitness services

Step 1: Initial consultation (over the phone or via a video messaging platform), during which we can discuss your specific training and weight loss/gain targets, your current training routine and lifestyle (FREE).

Step 2: You will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires, and attend a performance/health/fitness assessment session to establish a clear starting point and set a series of short/medium/long term targets to give you focus and direction. A comprehensive report along with the targets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of our meet. To follow up,I will spend the following few days working on your Macro cycles, Meso cycles and Session plans, which will also be emailed to you. The content of both emails will be explained and discussed with you.

Step 3: Choose one of the following three options moving forward.

Fitness Option 1 – Continuous training plans

Most popular option. You can subscribe for 6-8 week programme reviews, in which your progress is regularly assessed. Thereafter, an updated training routine will be forwarded to you. This is to keep track of the progress you make during the programmes. These updates take into account all the parameters: your feedback, your ability, your interests and long-term goals. It will serve as your guide and instruction book helping you to stay motivated every step of the way, This includes a weekly catch-up.

NOTE: This package, comes with a 50% discount on the Nutrition package – Option 1.

Fitness Option 2 – Top-up

This can be purchased in conjunction with Option 1 (2a – recommended) or as a single product (2b).

Single 1-to-1 PT session = £40 (hourly rate £40)

A block of 3 PT sessions = £90 (hourly rate of £30)

A block of 6 PT sessions = £150 (hourly rate of £25)

A block of 10 PT sessions = £200 (hourly rate of £20)

PLEASE NOTE: Travel expenses of 40p per mile applies to locations over 10miles. | All fees need to be paid upfront. | A full 24-hours notice is required for cancellations to avoid you being charged a 50% ‘NO SHOW’ fee.

Fitness Option 3 – Go Solo

The fitness assessment report and the training plans are now your own, you can use the information within and take ownership of your own training/development with no further obligations/commitments.
