Personal trainer | Sports, Exercise and Nutrition Lecturer (HE) – based in Blackpool
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Neil Salanki [MSc, BSc, PGCE]
I am a sports and exercise professional, personal trainer, nutrition expert, a UKA registered athletics and lifestyle coach. Over the past ~eight years I have worked with many athletes and clients to help them achieve their goals and peak physical performance potential. It is thoroughly rewarding to witness first-hand how the runners/athletes have grown and now own their success. Sport is paramount towards the development of young and adults alike -in life. Not only does it keep us active, fit and healthy, but it also teaches us life skills such as teamwork, competition and in some cases coping with failure. As a practitioner, I cannot think of a more fulfilling job role. In addition to the delivery of the practical side of physical activity, I am fully familiar with nutrition and have an in-depth understanding of promoting a healthy lifestyle.

- Adapt a client/athlete centred training approach., with their interest at the heart of what I do.
- Client/athlete safety is of paramount importance; all the performance testing and training protocols are fully risk assessed.

- I do not use web based exercise/training templates, as this goes against every bone in my body, and reduces the integrity of the entire profession.
