Step one: Initial consultation (in person, over the phone or via a video messaging platform), during which we will discuss your specific nutrition and weight goals, your current training routine and lifestyle (FREE).
Step two: A thorough 7-day analysis of your current nutritional intake through food diaries. You will then receive a comprehensive report outlining your strengths and highlighting areas for improvement. These details will be explained and discussed with you.
Step three: Moving forward, choose one of the following three options moving forward.
Option 1 – Continuous subscription
- Option 1: Most popular option. After your diet has been analysed and based report discussed, I will set you your daily/weekly calorie and hydration targets, alongside macro- and micro-nutrient distribution levels, that I will monitor, and produce weekly progress reports for, to ensure that you are on track.
- NOTE: Option 1 is available to you half price when you subscribe to one of the eligible *fitness packages*.
Option 2 – Meal plans / Total immersion
- Option 2a: I can develop bespoke personalised menu/meal plans for you to meet your nutritional requirements. Such plans can be devised from £20/day (£120 for a week, or £200 for a fortnight). Although this is a more expensive option, it does take the hassle out of dieting, while ensuring guaranteed results.
- Option 2b – TOTAL IMMERSION: You can chose to merge options 1 and 2a and you will receive an additional 10% discount on your meal plans.
Option 3 – Go Solo
The nutrition report is now your own, you can use the information within and make your own changes to your diet with no further obligations/commitments.
