You can subscribe for 6-8 week programme reviews, whereby I will assess your progress, and send you an new updated training routine to follow on from your previously completed block, in line with your feedback, ability, interests and long-term goals. This will help you stay on track, and it will keep you motivated every step of the way, This includes a weekly catch-up.

NOTE: When selecting this package, you are eligible for 50% discount on the Nutrition – Option 1. If you wish to take advantage of this discount, please select the combined product option instead of this one.
