You will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires, and attend a performance/health/fitness assessment session to establish a clear starting point and set a series of short/medium/long term targets to give you focus and direction. A comprehensive report along with the targets will be emailed to you the same day. From then I will spend the following few days working on your Macro cycles, Meso cycles and Session plans that I will also email to you. The content of both emails will be explained and discussed with you.

The fitness assessment report and the training plans are now your own, you can use the information within and take ownership of your own training/development with no further obligations/commitments.
